Biography: Nazahah Abd Rahim is a Senior Lecturer within Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB), UUM. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), United Kingdom. She earned a fellowship with the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (CMI), an esteemed professional institution for management in the UK since 2018. With a keen focus on the areas of corporate social responsibility (CSR), non-financial reporting, and leadership, Nazahah has published numerous articles, book chapters, and academic research papers. She imparts her knowledge to postgraduate students, teaching leadership and CSR modules. Additionally, she serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for several journals, including The Geografia-Malaysian Journal of Society and Space (GMJSS), a respected publication of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Nazahah's contributions to academia extend beyond research and teaching, as she actively supervises MBA, PhD and DBA candidates in the areas of leadership and sustainability/CSR. With over a decade of experience in the education industry, she has previously worked as a teacher and lecturer at public and private educational institutions in Malaysia, including UiTM, KDU University College, and International Islamic College.
