Biography: Nazahah Abd Rahim is Senior Lecturer of Leadership and CSR. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), United Kingdom. She has published book chapters and academic research papers on the topics of CSR, non-financial reporting, and leadership. She teaches leadership modules to postgraduate level students and has taught CSR courses to postgraduate students at the University of Gloucestershire. Nazahah is also an editorial board member and a reviewer for the International Journal of Accounting, Finance and Business. Occasionally, she is invited to review manuscripts for other journals such as Social Responsibility Journal and Leadership Quarterly. She is currently supervising a number of PhD and DBA candidates in the area of leadership. She has 10 years of experience in the education industry where she previously worked as a teacher as well as a lecturer at public and private educational institutions in Malaysia such as UiTM Kedah, KDU University College, and International Islamic College.
