Biography: Hassan Abu Bakar is Associate Professor of Leadership and Communication Management. He is an active member of International Communication Association and National Communication Association based in the United States and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management. His main research interests are dyadic communication at the workplace, leadership style, organisational communication, and intercultural communication. Hassan is an editorial board member for Journal of Intercultural Communication Research and Management Communication. Currently, he serves as a guest editor for Journal of Asian Pacific Communication and Malaysian Journal of Communication (Special Issue).
