Biography: Seyedeh Khadijeh Taghizadeh is Senior Lecturer of Marketing. She has completed her post-doctoral fellowship from Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia and closely worked with the Centre for Social Innovation (CoSI). She was involved in the project to develop a social innovation index. She has also worked on different research focusing on innovation management in the hotel, telecommunications, and banking industry. She was also involved in SMEs-related research focusing on the innovative culture of SMEs, silver entrepreneurship success, and green entrepreneurship. Seyedeh participated in the academic competition at university level on innovative idea organised by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism (MDTCC), Malaysia in 2009 and held the 3rd position at the national level (Malaysia) and with an award. Before studying in Malaysia, she worked the in tourism and health industry in Iran for seven years. She has a keen interest in doing research on service industries and has published some of her works in Thomson Reuters and SCOPUS indexed journals such as Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Business Review, Management Decision, SpringerPlus, Telematics & Informatics, Social Indicators Research, International Journal of Mobile Communications, Global Business and Organizational Excellence, Technology Forecasting and Social Change, Problems and Perspectives in Management, Business: Theory and Practices among others. She has also participated in national and international conferences. Also, she has chaired sessions in conferences and also nominated for the best paper award. She is a reviewer for several Thomson Reuters indexed journal and also holds a position as associate editor of a peer-reviewed international journal.
