Dr Arfan Shahzad holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (BCS) from AIOU University in Pakistan, a Master of Science (Information Technology) Degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia; and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from University Utara Malaysia. In the corporate world, Dr. Arfan Shahzad was working in R & D SerindIT.com as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) in Malaysia. He was handling the project of ICT Infrastructure since 2006 to 2012 with of value of 2.5 million (Malaysia Ringgit per years). Moreover, He was participating as a team member of other projects such as MOHE (Ministry of Higher Education), JPNIN (Jabatan Perpaduan Negara Dan Integrasi Nasional), and USIM (Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia). In addition, he has published more than 10 articles in international peer-reviewed and indexed journals and serving as an editorial board member of some international journals. Currently, he is appointed as a consultant of R &D SerindIT.com on ICT Infrastructure.
