Biography: Nor Azila Mohd Noor is Professor of Marketing. Professionally, she is a corporate member of Malaysian Institute of Marketing and a life member of Malaysian Consumer and Family Economics Association. She actively involved in research projects in the area of consumer behaviour, customer relationship marketing (CRM), green marketing, relationship marketing and service marketing. During her tenure at UUM, Nor Azila has held various administrative positions. She has also successfully supervised more than 20 PhD and DBA students and more than 18 master’s students and is currently supervising 10 PhD candidates in the area of marketing. She is frequently invited to examine doctoral theses/dissertations of students of local and foreign universities. To date, she has completed more than 20 research projects sponsored by the Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education and UUM, published more than 50 articles in both local and international journals, and more than 70 articles in conference proceedings. She has also authored/co-¬authored books and monographs. Nor Azila has served on the editorial board of International Asia Pacific Journal of Social Science, Malaysian Management Journal, Journal of Business Management and Accounting, and Postgraduate Business Journal. As a recognition of her excellence in service, she received the Excellence Service Award in 2011. She also received the Journal Publication Award (2014), Universiti Utara Malaysia Best Researcher Award (2014), Best Fundamental Research Grant Scheme Award, the Ministry of Higher Education (2015), and Best Publication Award by Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (2015).
