Today, 30 May 2013, was another special day for OYA Graduate School of Business. In a ceremony held at the Convention Centre, fifty six undergraduate and postgraduate students, both local and international, had their financial burden alleviated to some extent, when they were selected as recipients of Zakat. Over the past several months, staff have been operating under adverse conditions. With renovations still on-going, coming to work every day has involved days filled with dust, grime, dangling wires and sometimes, deafening drilling and hammering noises. Nonetheless, we have persevered, knowing that in the not too distant future, we will finally have the opportunity to enjoy the awesome transformation...new offices, new lobby and reception areas, new meeting room, new toilets...oh! how we look forward to that day.
